My Health Clinic is a family owned Allied Health and Advanced Rehabilitation facility servicing the Perth community for all their:

Since our inception in 2018, our family owned practice has constantly continued to provide a quality standard of care whilst continually staying aligned to our company values!
Providing service to all funding types from NDIS to Medicare, Insurance, DVA and private, we pride ourselves on our demonstrating the level of care we provide to all our clients, patients and participants.
Physiotherapy
Our state of the art Neurological Belmont based Physiotherapy facility is designed to facilitate a variety areas from Neurological, Paediatric, Musculoskeletal and disability therapy services to the surrounding suburbs.
With the facility located central to the Perth Metro, with start of the art equipment and a experienced Physiotherapy team, we continue to provide the essential services required by the community to support clients and their families in reaching their rehabilitation and care milestones as seamlessly as possible.
Dietetics
Our Belmont facility provides Dietetic services to facilitate a range of areas from
- Chronic disease management and prevention, performance,
- Weigh loss,
- Complex feed guidance including PEG feeding and
- Management plus early intervention and
- General nutrition and Dietetic support.
Our trained Dietitian's are available for immediate support to the community both based in clinic or in the community for your convenience.
Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage Therapy is available at our Belmont location.
Our Remedial Massage therapist are trained to support all massage requirements from trigger point release, remedial massage, mysofacial release to lymphatic drainage massage to simple relaxation if desired.
If it is a complex condition requiring support from trained Physiotherapist's or an ongoing niggle, our RMT's have the training and ability to provide the necessary treatment for your needs.
With load of extras available to assist in supporting your treatment needs, our RMT team continue to provide an essential and valuable service.
